  Great fun and good adventure..RUINED by one specific pushy member of staff. I appreciate they have to keep the line going, but when you're dealing with children under 10, they should know that some might need a helping hand to overcome their fear, rather than just move them to end of obstacle. On the other hand, there was a very helpful instructor who genuinely and patiently tried to help one fearful child complete the course.
  I think overall it's a good experience, unless you get that specific instructor, who's probably more suited to older children.
