  How dissapointing. They arrange a call between myself and one of their lawyers at 5pm and do not bother to attend - turns out she had finished work for the day. Furthermore, the customer service team struggles to follow clear directions. Seven attempts later and I am still unable to rearrange my consulation. I am far from confident that they can provide me with the service expected.
  
  UPDATE: During one of my 7 calls to their office in an attempt to track down the solicitor that was supposed to call me, I reached her voicemail. I left her a polite message mentioning that she had missed our call followed by a request for her to call back in the following days. It is a couple of weeks later and nothing!! No email, no call, no attempt what so ever to rearrange or reach out. If my boss caught wind of me treating one of our prospective customers with this little respect, no doubt I would be shown the door very quickly.
