  Went into the Milton Keynes store in July 2017 to get a price to service my wife's Rolex.
  
  One other customer in the store and 3 staff. We stood in the middle of the shop with all 3 staff members ignoring us. After around 5 minutes a man (who I had assumed was the security guard) asked if he could help.
  
  I asked for the price of a service for a ladies Rolex. He couldn't give a price and said it could take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks. He was very vague and really didn't appear to be interested.
  
  Surprisingly enough we walked out. This is a Rolex dealership to avoid!
